Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of InsightWeave Investments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Johannesburg, South Africa. We will work in good faith to resolve issues amicably. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration in accordance with South African arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InsightWeave Investments regarding use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right.
